Location information is collected only when authorized by the user and required for healthcare operations.

Camera and Media Access

MobiCare360 may access the device camera and photo gallery to capture or upload profile photographs, healthcare records, referral documents, and other information necessary for healthcare service delivery.

Push Notifications

MobiCare360 uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver appointment reminders, immunization reminders, health education messages, follow-up notifications, and other healthcare-related communications.

SMS Communications

MobiCare360 may send SMS messages through authorized messaging providers including Africa's Talking for appointment reminders, immunization schedules, attendance confirmations, health education messages, and other healthcare communications.
